A series of complexes of the general formula trans-[PtCl2(Am)(pip-pip)].HCl where pip-pip is 4-piperidinopiperidine and Am is NH3, methylamine, dimethylamine, n-propylamine, isopropylamine, n-butylamine, or cyclohexylamine were prepared and characterized, and their cytotoxic properties against ovarian and colon cancer cells were evaluated.

Byla připravena a charakterizována série komplexů obecného vzorce trans-[PtCl2(Am)(pip-pip)].HCl, kde pip-pip je 4-piperidinopiperidin a Am is NH3, methylamin, dimethylamin, n-propylamin, isopropylamin, n-butylamin nebo cyclohexylamin a byly vyhodnocenyjejich cytotoxické vlastnosti v ovariálních a střevních nádorových buňkách.
