The new platinum(IV) complex cis,trans,cis-[PtCl2(CH3COO)2(NH3)(1-adamantylamine)][adamplatin(IV)] seems promising for the perspective application in therapy of corresponding tumors. The differences between effects of adamplatin(IV) and cisplatin have been observed on molecular level, which may help understand the unique activity of adamplatin(IV).

Nový komplex obsahujícího atom platiny v oxidačním stupni 4 cis,trans,cis-[PtCl2(CH3COO)2(NH3)(1-adamantylamine)] [adamplatin(IV)] je slibným cytostatikem. Byly pozorovány rozdíly mezi efekty adamplatin(IV) a cisplatiny na molekulární úrovni, které mohoupomoci porozumět unikátní aktivitě komplexu adamplatin(IV).
