We have studied chromosomal distribution of all possible mono-, di- and tri-nucleotide microsatellites in dioecious plant Silene latifolia. We found that most of microsatellites were accumulated on the Y chromosome.

Czech description

Studovali jsme chromosomální distribuci všech kombinací mono-, di- a tri-nukleotidových mikrosatelitů u dvoudomé rostliny Silene latifolia. Zjistili jsme, že většina mikrosatelitů je akumulována na pohlavním chromosomu Y.
