Original language name
Epigenome and chromatin structure in human embryonic stem cells undergoing differentiation
Original language description
Analyses showed that H3K9 trimethylation, variants of HP1 proteins and centromeric heterochromatin are important markers how to distinguish between pluripotent and differentiated stages of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs). Conversely, except centromeres, nuclear radial distributions were conserved in pluripotent and differentiated hESCs.
Czech name
Epigenom a struktura chromatinu u lidských embryonálních kmenových buněk stimulovaných k diferenciaci
