We report on application of a real-time noninvasive system for dynamic monitoring of cellular plasticity. Changes of cell impedance profile recorded as cell index were paralleled with cytoskeleton rebuilding and induction of epithelial-mesenchymal transition and negatively correlated with cell proliferation.
