SUV39h- and Q1 A-type lamin-dependent telomere nuclear rearrangement
Original language description
We have observed that histone hyperacetylation cause changes in radial distribution of telomeres. In the cells with abrogated expression of SUV39h and LMNA genes, we observed changes in association between telomeres and PML bodies. This structural features represents an important marker of tumor cells. Our results showed that SUV39h and A-type lamins play an important role in nuclear architecture of telomeres.
