Adenosine A1, A2a, A2B, and A3 receptors in hematopoiesis. 2. Expression of receptor mRNA in resting and lipopolysaccharide-activated mouse RAW 264.7 macrophages

  • Original language description

It was found that mRNA for adenosine A2a, A2b, and A3 receptors is significantly expressed in RAW 264.7 macrophages and that the intensity of this expression changes after activation of the cells mentioned by lipopolysaccharide. It follows from this finding that expression of adenosine receptors is functionally conditioned.
