Effects of epigenetic-based anti-cancer drugs in leukaemia and multiple myeloma cells
Original language description
We have studied differences in histone signature in leukemia and multiple myeloma cells. We aimed at western blot analysis showing distinctions in epigenetics of multiple myeloma and leukemia cells, especially after the cell treatment by clinically promising inhibitors of histone deacetylases and DNA methyltransferases.
