Differentiation-independent fluctuation of pluripotency-related transcription factors and other epigenetic markers in embryonic stem cell colonies
Original language description
We aimed at pluripotency factors and their function in maintenance of non-differentiated state of mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs). We have observed fluctuation in the level of Oct4 and Nanog in the colonies of mESCs. Differences were also observed forepigenetic markers such as H3K27me3, H3K9me or HP1 protein.
