Sugar composition of three samples of commercial 100 orange juices was determined by capillary electrophoresis with indirect detection and high performance liquid chromatography with refractive index detection. Fructose, glucose and sucrose are major carbohydrates in most frut juices. It was found that sweetened juices contain considerable level of sucrose.
