Dynamic modification of microorganisms by pyrenebutanoate for fluorometric detection in capillary zone electrophoresis
Original language description
Pyrenebutanoate as a fluorescent compound was as a buffer additive in capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) for a dynamic modification of the microbial samples. The minimum detectable amounts of the microorganisms are in order of ones to tens of cells.
Czech name
Dynamická modifikace mikroorganismů kyselinou pyrenmáselnou pro fluorimetrickou detekci v kapilární zónové elektroforéze
