Bacteriophage replication on permissive host cells in fused silica capillary with nanostructured part as potential of electrophoretic methods for developing phage applications
Original language description
The host cells of S. aureus cells were dynamically adhered on the nano-structured part of FS capillary from the high conductivity matrix such as blood. Host specific bacteriophages were on-line propagated on these cells and optimized tITP/MEKC was used for concentration and separation of the particles.
