Fluorescein-based low-molecular-mass markers of isoelectric point for tracing pH gradient using high sensitivity capillary isoelectric focusing with laser-induced fluorescence detection
Original language description
The presented group of 21 low-molecular-weight fluorescein-based compounds enables fine tracing of pH gradients in broad or narrow pH regions across various isoelectric focusing formats. The usability, purity, and isoelectric point values of the developed compounds were evaluated by capillary isoelectric focusing coupled with laser-induced fluorescence detection.
