Original language description
Volume and grain boundary diffusion of radioisotope Ni-63 was studied in polycrystalline Ni3Ga at temperatures between 973 and 1373 K by serial sectioning and residual activity method. Coefficients of Ni volume diffusion D in Ni3Ga are in reasonable agreement with known literature values of D in Ni3Ga and Ni3Ge and they are somewhat higher than D in Ni3Al. Obtained values of grain boundary diffusivity P of Ni in Ni3Ga are higher than previously reported values of P in Ni3Al.
