    The mechanisms of the creep deformation of structural steels and pure metals changes at the low stresses, exhibiting much lower stress exponent. The creep rate ratio between strengthened structural steels and pure iron decreeses by about five orders at the conditions metioned above. The strengthening microstructural elements lose their efectivity.
