Original language description
Lattice and grain boundary (GB) diffusivities of both components in Ni3Ga intermetallic was measured by residual activity method in the temperature interval 773 - 1373 K. The chemical composition of GBs was estimated using the simplified theory developedin literature originally for lattice diffusion in L12-type ordered intermetalics. Obtained results show the enrichment of GBs on Ga at lower temperatures and depletion on Ga at higher temperatures.
