    Selected group of alloy systems for lead-free soldering were studied. Calorimetric, microstructure and phase diagram properties of the Ni?Sn?Zn, Ni-Sn-Bi, Co-Sn and Cu?X?Y?Z (X, Y, Z=Ni, Bi, Sn, Sb) systems (e.g. Cu-Ni-Bi and Cu-Sb-Sn) were established,namely concerning the solubility, thermodynamics and wetting. Studovali jsme vybranou skupinu slitin pro bezolovnaté pájení. Určili jsme řadu kalorimetrických, mikrostrukturních a termodynamických vlastností slitin Ni?Sn?Zn, Ni-Sn-Bi, Co-Sn a Cu?X?Y?Z (X, Y, Z=Ni, Bi, Sn, Sb, např. Cu-Ni-Bi and Cu-Sb-Sn) s důrazem zejména na rozpustnost prvků, termodynamiku procesů a smáčivost substrátu.
