Electronic and transport properties of a new quaternary Heusler alloy CoMnFeSi
Original language description
The electronic and galvanomagnetic properties of the equiatomic quaternary Heusler alloy CoMnFeSi were studied from first principles with the aim to identify the origin of disorder which exists in the alloy. We have then evaluated the dc conductivity and anomalous Hall conductivity for the most favorable defects and succesfully compared calculated and experimental data.
