Anisotropy of resistivity in hexagonal late transition metals and their alloys
Original language description
Electronic transport properties of hexagonal Co, Ru, and Os at finite temperatures were studied theoretically with a focus on the anisotropy of electrical resistivity. The experimentally observed resistivity anisotropy of these metals is reproduced by the calculations and interpreted in terms of the presence or absence of spin polarization.
