The paper gives a brief overview of computational method used in the Institute of Scientific Instruments of AS CR for the design of electron optical devices. New possibilities of the software are then illustrated on the computations of spot profile in ascanning electron microscope with low energy and Wien filter.

Článek podává stručný přehled výpočetních metod používaných v ÚPT AV ČR pro návrh elektronově optických zařízení. Nové možnosti programového vybavení jsou pak ilustrovány na výpočtech rozložení proudu v rastrovacím elektronovém mikroskopu s nízkou energií a Wienovým filtrem.
