In this article we present laser diode based tool for optical manipulation with microobjects. This tool is very suitable for micromanipulations with large spectrum of speciments in the diameter range 0.5 - 30 .mu.m. Adapter is directly mounted to the microscope without any aditional improvements and fits to many comercially available microscopes. Key feature of this adapter is compactness, usability and simple handling. With this adapter user takes advantage of wide spectrum of comercially available laser diodes with diferent wavelengths. For this mason the tool can be used in many areas such as biology, medicine and measurements.

V tomto článku prezentujeme nástroj založený na laserové diodě pro optické manipulace s mikroobjekty. Tento nástroj je velmi vhodný pro mikromanipulace různých objektů o průměrech v rozpětí 0.5 - 30 .mu.m. Nástroj je možné namontovat na mnoho komerčníchmikroskopů bez nutnosti jeho úprav. Hlavní předností tohoto nástroje je kompaktní design, použitelnost a snadná obsluha. S tímto nástrojem uživatel může využít široké spektrum komerčně dostupných laserových diod o různých vlnových délkách. Z výše uvedených důvodů je tento nástroj velmi vhodný pro použití v biologii, medicíně a měření.
