The author deals with the Cyrillo-Methodian tradition in the work of Milada Paulová (1897-1970). She presents her contribution published in Byzantinoslavica in 1950, in which Paulová attempted a historical analysis and believes that the foundation of theSlavonic Emmaus Monastery in Prague by Emperor Charles IV in 14th century was influenced by the Cyrillo-Methodian and Great Moravian traditions.
