Alternative metod of pre-election estimates of electoral results was deleveoped and tested. It is based on the combination of the results nation-wide representative surveys with the information about the spatial distribution of party support from the past elections. Model estimates are compared with the traditional estimates that are based on the series of surveys in the individual electoral districts
