Social governance can be limited neither to hierarchies of the State, nor to the negotiations at the level of markets. The stability of social decisions require to be subjected to a trilateral "auctioning" by means of hierarchies, enterprises and civil society.

Czech description
Sociální řízení nelze omezovat jen na hierarchie státu nebo na jejich "aukce" pomocí trhů. Stabilita sociálního rozhodování vyžaduje třístranné projednání jejich záměrů na úrovni subjektů státu, trhu a občanů.
