Original language description

The workshop has two parts. The first part introduces participants to the existing state of Czech science and research in the international context, and presents the results of the project. In the second part, controlled discussion with renowned foreignexperts and practitioners is held focusing on their experience with programs supporting return of scientists and researchers to their home countries and their recommendations for appropriate measures for the Czech Republic.

Czech description

Pracovní workshop má dvě části. V první části seznamuje účastníky se stavem české vědy a výzkumu v mezinárodním kontextu, dále seznamuje s dosavadními výsledky projektu Hlavním těžištěm druhé části je řízená diskuse se zahraničními odborníky zabývajícímise migrací vysoce vzdělaných o jejich zkušenostech s programy zaměřujícími se na podporu návratu vědců a výzkumníků do jejich domovských zemích a doporučeních vhodných opatření pro Českou republiku.
