The De-standardization of Early Family Trajectories in the Czech Republic: A Cross-cohort Comparison
Original language description
Using Czech ISSP 2002 data, which included questions on family history, this paper compares early family trajectories observed during the socialist period with those after the transition to market economy in the Czech Republic. It aims to (1) provide anempirical analysis of change in the heterogeneity of early family trajectories between the ages of 18 and 35 and (2) identify their distinct patterns. To do this we will apply analysis of entropy index and optimal matching analysis.
