    The Education?Employment Mismatch among Ukrainian Migrants in the Czech Republic

  • Original language description

    The aim of the article is to provide a brief overview of current labour migration from Ukraine to the Czech Republic and to explore the degree to which Ukrainian migrants utilise their skills on the Czech labour market. The analysis is focused on the relationship between the formal education and migrants? position on the Czech labour market, and the extent to which there is an educational?occupational mismatch. The article also analyses the factors that influence the risk of over-education.
