The chapter is a case study on Czech Metalworkers´ Federation (OS KOVO), one of the trade unions affiliated in the Czech-Moravian Confederation of Trade Unions (CMKOS) and the largest one. The case study is guided by following questions: (1) How is the OS KOVO functioning with regard to specifics of branches covered by OS KOVO; (2) How does OS KOVO debate EU related issues; (3) How are decisions "concerning EU related issues" being reached; (4) How are these decisions being implemented. Attention is paid also to the integration of the trade union in European umbrella organisations and different international networks.
