This report represents a contribution to the Political Data Yearbook. It describes political changes in the Czech Republic during the year 2020. The report focuses mainly on the 2020 Senate election and regional election, three personal changes in the coalition government of Andrej Babiš, the main issues of the Czech politics and how they were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The report also discusses formation of two electoral alliances (SPOLU, and Pirates and Mayors) for the 2021 general election
