Association of DNA adducts and genetic polymorphisms with birth weight
Original language description
The relation between DNA adducts and birth weight and between birth weight and genetic polymorphism of metabolic genotypes (GSTM1, GSTP1, GSTT1 and CYP1A1) were studied using DNA from the children part of placental samples, obtained in deliveries from the districts of Teplice, Prachatice and the city of Prague.
Czech name
Vztah DNA aduktů a genetického polymorfizmu k porodní váze
Czech description
Byl studován vztah mezi DNA adukty a porodní vahou a také vztah mezi porodní vahou a genetickým polymorfismem metabolických genotypů (GSTM1, GSTP1, GSTT1 a CYP1A1). K tomuto účelu byly použity DNA extrahované ze vzorků placent (dětská část) získaných u porodů v okresech Teplice, Prachatice a v Praze.
