Nucleotide analogues with immunobiological properties: 9-[2-hydroxy-3-(phosphonomethoxy)propyl]adenine (HPMPA), -2,6-diaminopurine (HPMPDAP), and their N6-substituted derivatives
Original language description
Acyclic nucleoside phosphonate 9-[2-hydroxy-3-(phosphonomethoxy)propyl]-2,6-diaminopurine (HPMPDAP) augments production of nitric oxide by macrophages and stimulates secretion of cytokines and chemokines implied in replication and/or penetration of HIV in cells. The N6-derivatives were biologically less active or inactive.
Czech name
Analogy nukleotidů s imunobiologickými vlastnostmi: 9-[2-hydroxy-3-(fosfonometoxy)propyl]adenin (HPMPA), -2,6-diaminopurin (HPMPDAP), a jejich N6-substituované deriváty
Czech description
Acyklický nukleosidfosfonáf 9-[2-hydroxy-3-(fosfonometoxy)propyl]-2,6-diaminopurin (HPMPDAP) zvyšuje u makrofágů produkci oxidu dusnatého a stimuluje sekreci cytokinů, které interferují s replikací nebo průnikem viru HIV do buněk. Deriváty substituovanév pozici N6 byly biologicky méně aktivní nebo neaktivní.
