Baseline chromosome aberrations in children

Original language description

The chromosome baseline aberrations were estimated from 16 published epidemiologic studies and from a large sample of Czech children aged 7-16 years (n=1214) and 206 newborns. Based on the reviewed studies and the reanalyzed data, CA baseline levels weresimilar in boys and girls and failed to show any increase with age.

Byla hodnocena data o základních chromosomových aberacích, získaná ze 16 publikovaných epidemiologických studií a z velkého souboru českých dětí ve věku 7-16 let (n=1214) a 206 novorozenců. Na základě reanalýzy výsledků uvedených studií bylo zjištěno, žehladiny chromosomových aberací u chlapců a dívek jsou podobné, nebyl pozorován ani žádný nárůst s přibývajícím věkem.
