The article introduces an import sphere of communist rule - the cadre policy ? from several aspects. As an ambitious ideological project of project of centralised work force management but also as a project that was implemented in practice, hence accompanied by many contradictions. Therefore, consequences of cadre policy for the lives of individuals cannot be depicted using simple patterns.
