The workshop was organized in the framework of the co-operation of the Institute of State and Law, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, with the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and the Institute for Europen Integration of the Austrian Academy of Sciences. Its object were the issues of EU law application and its influence on legal orders with particular reference to Central European countries.
