Original language description
Article deals with issue of resolving the disputes in sport through various mechanisms in Europe. This includes EU Law, national law and resolution of disputes at level of sports organisations and what are the relationships between these orders for resolution of disputes. The most appropriate example for demonstration of this topic turned out to be the football sector where transfers and other commerial disputes bring in large litigations. Article showed sort of legal realism in the area, described realcases and showed perspectives for their resolution and described difficulty to bring system of sports law into legal certainty of involved subjects in the specific sector of sport.
