    The book under review is based upon outcomes and conclusions drawn during the International Conference (Znojmo 27. 6.?29. 6. 2012). Organizers of this international scientific conference were the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in cooperation with the scientific institutes for legal studies and Universities from Visegrad Four Countries i. e. Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovak Republic. The reviewed book has been written by a team of 44 authors. These authors have various professional backgrounds.
