The Pluralist Turn and its Political Discontents
Original language description
In this chapter author states that the language of pluralism is a deceptive device leading to more conflicts rather than limiting them in the EU´pluralist legal and political environment.nDistinguishing between weak and strong forms of constitutional pluralism, Goldoni sceptically concludes that the normative promise of constitutional pluralism to open up new forums for previously neglected political problems and conflict cannot materialize within European constitutional politics and contribute to Europe´s self-constitution.
