Original language description
Ditaled low-temperature magnetic measurements performed on melt-quenched amorphous Ni81.5-xFexB18.5 alloys(x=1,2,3) showed that magnetic behaviour of this system changes from pure spin-glass(SG) state(x=1), to the ferromagnetism with Curie point Tc=52K(x=3). On the basis of these results the magnetic phase diagram of the investigated ternary NiFeB alloys could be constructed.
