We have studied magnetization of the Ce 2Fe 16Mn 1 compound unde high pressure up to 10kbar. At pressures above 2kbar, the induced ferromagnetic phase was stabilized at low temperatues at zero magnetic field, in contrast to behavior of Ce 2Fe 17.
