We consider hypothetical Ga 7MnAs 8, Ga 16MnAs 16, and Ga 14Mn 3As 16 crystals with Mn in a substitutional, interstitial, and both positions. Spin-polarized full-potential linearized augmunted plane wave calculations were used to obtain their electronicstructure.
