Inorganic and organic tin based thin films were created by pulsed laser deposition on special alumina chips. Influence of dopants and catalysts was studied. Sensitivity of Sn- based layers to hydrogen, methanol, ethanol, n- propanol and n- buthanol basedlayers to was measured.
