The microwave and millimetre-wave dielectric response of Rb 0.5 (ND 4 ) 0.5 D 2 PO 4 dipolar glass has been studied around the frustration T f .appreq. 120K. Above the frustration temperature T f the soft relaxational deuteron mode is responsible for thewhole dielectric dynamics below the phonon range.
