Nanocrystalline CsPbCl 3 : Grain Boundary transport properties.

  • Original language description

Ternary Cs-Pb-Cl compounds were preparedby co-evaporation of CsCl and PbCl 2 powders. Bridgman-grown single crystals of the ternary CsPbCl 3 phase were also evaporated to produce 'bulk-like' films. Deposited materials are consituted by nanometer-sized single crystals grains. Current-voltahe characteristics reveal a complex response of the material to the applied voltage variations.
