  • Original language description

    The dynamics of the ferroelectric phase transition in a SrBi2Ta2O9film of 5.5 micron thickness deposited on sapphire was studied. The optical soft mode near 28cm-1 (at 300 K) exhibits only a weak monotonic softening. Below phonon frequencies an additional relaxational process was detected which could be responsible for the ferroelectric transition

    Je studována dynamika feroelektrického fázového přechodu ve vrstvě SrBi2Ta2O9 o tloušťce 5.5 mikrometrů deponované na safíru. Optický měkký mód u 28 cm-1 (u 300 K) vykazuje jen slabé monotonní měknutí. Pod fononovými frekvencemi byl pozorován relaxační proces, který je pravděpodobně příčinou feroelektrického fázováho přechodu
