    High magnification STM observations revealed that the nanoscopic lamelies in (Nd-Eu-Gd)Ba 2 Cu 3 O y consist of arrays of aligned NEG-rich clusters of 3 to 4 nm in size.Compared to the routinely prepared NEG-123 with B irr around 7 T, in the materials with Nd:Eu:Gd=1.25:0.85 and 5 mol% of Gd-211 irreversibility line shifts up to 14 T at 77 K (H a //c-axis).
