Unusual nanogranular systems.
Original language description
Co 66 Nb 9 Cu 1 Si 12 B 12 metallic glass ribbon (T c .appreq.150 K)produce a series of nanocrystalline samples different in the content of the crystalline phase as well as the size of the crystallites. Zero-field-cooled (ZFC) and field-cooled (ZF) magnetization showed at low temperatures mictomagnetic behavior on increasing temperature a majority of the crystallites, gradually became supermagnetic.
