Single crystals of Yb2+-doped LiCaAlF6 were grown by the Czochralski techniques under CF4 atmosphere. Photoluminescence, thermally stimulated luminescence and decay kinetics of Yb2+ centre in the LiCaAlF6 host were measured in the 4-300K temperature interval

Monokrystaly Yb2+-dopovaného LiCaAlF6 byly vypěstovány Czochralského metodou v CF4 atomosféře. V teplotním intervalu 4-300K byla změřena fotoluminescence, termostimulovaná luminescence a kinetika dosvitu Yb2+ centra v hostující mřížce LiCaAlF6 krystalu
