Growth and characterization of Yb3+-doped (Lu, Y)AlO3 fiber single crystals grown by the micro-pulling-down method
Original language description
Yb3+-doped (Lu, Y)AlO3 single crystals have been grown by the micro-pulling-down method with a radio-frequency heating system. Starting melt compositions of LuxY0.9-xYb0.1AlO3 were varied with x=0.1, 0.2, 0.35 and 0.4.
Czech name
Růst a characteristiky monokrystaliských vláken (Lu, Y)AlO3 dopovaných Yb3+ a pěstovaných metodou "micro-pulling-down"
