    The magnetization study was performed on single crystals of uranium intermetallic compounds R2.T13.6Si3.4 (R=U, T=Fe, Co). A very different behavior of U sublattice was observed for R= Fe and Co. In U2Fe13.6Si 3.4 the U sublattice is magnetic and contributes a tot to the exchange and anisotropy energies whereas in U2Co13.6Si 3.4 it is prsumably non-magnetic.

    Byl studován magnetizmus monokrystalů uranových intermetalických sloučenin R2T13.6Si3.4 (R=U, Lu; T=Fe, Co) Velice rozdílné chování uranové podmřížky bylo pozorováno pro R=Fe a Co. Uranová podmřížka je v U2Fe13.6Si3.4 magnetická a značně přispívá k výměně a energii anizotropie, kdežto v U2Co13.6Si3.4 je pravděpodobně nemagnetická.
