Result description
Thermal conductivity k(T), Seebeck coefficient S(T), and magnetization M(T) have been measured on LaCo0.98M0.02O3. A sharp and strong k(T) peak of pristine LaCoO3 around 30 K is suppressed for 2+ dopants. Jahn-Teller active Co4+(IS)*6Co3+(HS) clusters may act as the powerful phonon scattering centers at low temperatures

Tepelná vodivost, Seebekův koeficient a magnetizace byly měřeny pro perovskity LaCo0.98M0.02O3. Pík na tepelné vodivosti při 30K registrovaný pro LaCoO3 je potlačen pro dvojmocné dopanty M2+. Jahn-Tellerovy aktivní Co4+(IS)*6Co3+(HS) klastry hrají zásadní úlohu při rozptylu fononů za nízkých teplot
